All women deserve rehabilitation for their bodies after pregnancy. Our programs will assist in improving the quality of female health in the later stages of life. Let us guide you in safely progressing abdominal strength, regaining core stability, and reactivating the pelvic floor. If the abdominal muscles were split during pregnancy, (diastasis recti), we will help you align, correct and heal. We will get you back in shape and feeling great!
