Wear around your growing bump just covering your hips. Make sure the thinner hem is at the bottom and rests at your hip bone.
Tip! If you’re farther along in your pregnancy, you can sit and pull the band up over your belly. The top seam might not completely cover your belly but you will still get full support. If you’re not far along in your pregnancy or just want extra lower back support, fold over the band in half.
“Love Me Longer Care”: Gentle wash with like colors. Use mild detergent. Line dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not Bleach. Do not use fabric softeners, bleach, soak, leave wet, dry clean, or iron.
I was diagnosed with SPD (pelvic separation) my first pregnancy and struggled to be comfortable in my velcro support band. My SPD pain arrived MUCH sooner with my second pregnancy and I am so grateful to have found the ProBump!! I've been wearing it non-stop since I got it. It's easy to layer over or under whatever you're wearing and it's actually comfortable. You can sit down and stand up without it pinching or having to take it off, unlike a velcro one. I'm a size 12-14 pre-pregnancy with a long torso and wearing a medium (after asking for help with sizing) at 30 weeks. I've got a large for my last few weeks of pregnancy. Honestly, it's making the difference between being able to function vs. not.
This is the best purchase I made my entire pregnancy. I can't believe I survived the first 24 weeks without this game changer! At 34 weeks now, it's perfect for working out, days I'm out and about, and when I need extra back support. I wish I had another! Highly recommend this to all mamas!
If you love working out while pregnant, or just need round ligament pain relief... you seriously need to buy this!! It’s so comfortable but I can tell it’s taking most of the weight off my back. Being 33 weeks, I’ve been so glad to have this! I’m glad I’ll have it for our next pregnancy as well, it’s made to last!! Love this company and own MANY products.
I ordered the band after researching several other brands for several months. I went by the sizing guide of ordering your pre-pregnancy size four tops that would be a medium for me. The first couple days I thought the band fit great. However the longer I wore it the more wrinkled it was so tight it was riding up on me. Considering I'm due in July and have 3 months left I don't see this being feasible to wear long term. Knowing I will just continue to get bigger! I also realize it's supposed to be it tight fit but not so tight you can barely get it off some days. Now I'm really frustrated because it was quite a large purchase and now I need a bigger size and I can't return it...
