Been wearing since 15 weeks currently 24. Not helpful for round ligament pains or any pains really. Lost tightness quickly despite following washing instructions completely. Pretty disappointing for price point
I wore this band during my second trimester while walking, it was wonderful and gave me the support I needed. BUT during the third trimester my belly started getting heavy, and the probump was a life changer. I wear this everyday!!! If you splurge on only one thing during your pregnancy... this is IT!
I am a RN and was having constant Braxton Hicks at 25 weeks while working. When I wear my Pro Bump I MIGHT have 1-2 Braxton Hicks! Total game changer! I can work without constantly being uncomfortable!
Overall, I think this is a great idea for a product and it's pretty well executed. I haven't found anything else that is supportive in this gentle way, where it doesn't feel like it's pushing anything down or excessively squeezing the bump. My only complaint is that it is not all that helpful for pear shaped body types as the garment is very straight up and down. I first got a S, which felt perfect on my upper abs, but was too tight on my lower abs/back (felt like it was forcing me to arch my lower back). I exchanged for a M, which feels good on my lower abs, but is very loose on my upper abs. I currently weigh 170lbs at 30 weeks (pre-pregnancy I weighed 142lbs and wore a size 6-8 on bottom and a size 0-2 on top). I have 43" hips, 37" bump, and 31" just under my bra line. I need the most support in my upper abs as my baby is sitting high and I'm having a lot of stretching there, so this garment unfortunately doesn't really work for that. I'm going to keep it as I think the support will continue to be nice and gentle for my lower abs especially as I get bigger, but I think a larger range of sizes or perhaps shapes would be helpful!
This band is great and I haven't been able to find anything else like it. It's well made, easily washable, and it never feels too tight even as your belly grows. I've worn it running through pregnancy, and though you may want to add a velcro-type band for extra support toward the end of pregnancy if you are still running, its definitely a must have for anyone who wants to stay active and be comfortable.
