PRODUCT FIT, SIZING & WEAR


My ProBump feels tight/loose. How is it supposed to fit?

Your ProBump should feel snug but not tight or uncomfortable in any way. It should feel like a warm hug. A little looseness at the top is normal and allows for good, unrestricted diaphragm breathing. It also allows you to get the band on and off easily.


Do I wear my ProBump under or over my clothes?

Most wear the ProBump as a base layer, but it can be worn over yoga bottoms.


Can I wear moisturizer on my belly and wear the ProBump?

Be careful with oil based moisturizers as it may stain your clothing.


Can I wear the ProBump after I give birth?

Yes!  It's perfect for early postpartum and can be doubled and worn even as your belly reduces in size.


Can I sleep in the ProBump?

We prefer the gentle support of our bloomers for sleep.


What size should I order for leggings?

Maternity:  Use your pre-pregnancy size as a guide and order the size you would normally purchase in yoga leggings.  If you are between sizes or are on the border we suggest sizing up for maternity leggings so that you can wear them through your pregnancy.  


Early Postpartum Recovery:  Order the size you will be closest to when wearing them.  For early postpartum use, size up from your maternity size.  Depending on how soon you would like to wear your recovery/postpartum leggings you may also want to size up if you are between sizes.   They should be a comfortable therapeutic hug but not too tight.


Beyond 6 months postpartum:  For women who are still wearing these in the later stages of postpartum, you can order your regular size.


What is the difference in length between your crops vs full length leggings?

Our crops have a 21" inseam vs full length leggings with a 26" inseam.


My bralettes don't look exactly the same but I ordered the same size.

All of our bralettes are created with seamless technology which creates the soft molded feel we love.   A feature of this method of production is that each item has slight variations. Just like a hand knit sweater, each bralette is entirely unique. You might notice slight variations between your bralettes, but they are all made from the same template and should fit/feel similarly if not the same. We like to think of them as sisters, not twins.


When should I replace my bralettes?

Many lingerie experts note that your bras should not celebrate a birthday.  For any clothing with elastic has a finite life cycle.  If it's been 6-12 months or more, it may be time to refresh your collection.



When will "X" product be back in stock?

The best way to find out when a product is back in stock is to sign up for notifications on the product page.  You'll get notification as soon as we add inventory to that product.  You'll also want to subscribe to our email list as we often send out an email when we restock popular products.  


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


What is your return policy?

Items must be unwashed and unworn.  You have 14 days after receipt of your product to return for a refund, minus the return shipping fees.  After 14 days unwashed and unworn items will receive store credit, minus the return shipping fees. Gift cards and undergarments/intimates are non-returnable. Bralettes can be exchanged for another product or store credit but not returned/refunded. Please note that return postage for INTERNATIONAL SALES are out of pocket and not reimbursed in the refund/credit.


How do I return/exchange something?

How do I change my order?

For security purposes, once your order has been placed we cannot edit it.  Please email hello@baobeibody.com and we can cancel your incorrect order and you can place a new one.



SHIPPING


I just received notification that my package has been delivered but it's not here.

Sometimes USPS will mis-scan a delivery or mis-deliver a package.  Most of the time the package will be delivered at a later date.  If your package does not arrive within 1 to 2 days after this notification please contact your local post office.  They should have a GPS tracker that will show where the last scan was made and whether the delivery was made correctly.  We highly recommend adding Route shipping insurance to your order.


Do you ship internationally?

We use USPS Global Priority shipping to send packages internationally to Canada and Australia.  However we do sometimes suspend shipping to Canada & Australia during high traffic seasons such as the holiday season.  For the month of November we are not shipping internationally due to the increased incidences of lost and delayed mail.  Thanks for understanding!


If you are an international customer, not from Canada or Australia, we recommend shipping to a US based friend or family member who can then forward your package.  


I placed an international order; will I need to pay taxes or duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes.  Bao Bei Body is not responsible for any duties/taxes or any additional charges charged by customs.  Please contact your local customs office for further information on rates and charges.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international customs fees.


What are my shipping options?

We use USPS first class to ship our packages.  Our standard $8 shipping fee covers first class shipping up to 13oz.  

If you have a pre-order you can choose to Pre-Order quickship which means in stock items will ship first and your pre-ordered item will be shipped separately later on.

Why is my promo code not working?

Promo codes can be used for Bao Bei made products such as the bralettes, bloomers, probump, some tanks, shorts and leggings.  Unfortunately we cannot discount collaboration pieces, such as our tees, sweatshirts and dresses, and cannot further discount bundles, sets and sale items which are already reduced in price.  Thank you for supporting our small business!
